The Russian Federation was strapped for cash in the 1990s, which led to the development of what became known as the “Century Line of Rifles”; a series of AKM rifles and carbines designed solely for export. The PSA AK-104 pistol will allow the AK purist to achieve the historical application of a short-barreled AK rifle with ease. After submitting the necessary paperwork and receiving ATF tax stamp approval, the user may install folding rifle stock by simply removing a single pin and dropping the folding stock into place.
