The SP5K-PDW stands as a semi-automatic civilian sporting edition of the iconic close-quarters powerhouse, the HK MP5K. The K designation draws from the German word for short kurz, reflecting the K model’s abbreviated barrel and receiver. Irrespective of size, all SP5 and MP5 models share the renowned HK roller-delayed blowback operating system, known for its remarkable accuracy, reliability and smooth shooting experience. Initially perfected on the Heckler & Koch G3 rifle, this system remains a cornerstone of many HK firearms utilized globally. The SP5K-PDW was meticulously crafted to adhere to the parameters of a civilian pistol.
